CyberStrategies, Inc. is a class C corporation which was founded in 1995.   Its founder, Michael Carroll, is a pioneer in commercial use of the Internet and is author of the book CyberStrategies: How to Build an Internet-Based Information System, one of the first books on the subject of intranets. This book was based on Mr. Carroll's first hand experience in managing the development of a large corporate intranet for the Lockheed Corporation in the early 1990s, where Mr. Carroll served as Manager of Advanced Computers and Software Applications.
